I was born in Colombia, South America, but have lived most of my adult life in the USA. My work is a reflection of where these two cultures meet and how they intersect each other. I use storytelling, color and nature, bold-brush and non-realistic figures in my paintings.
I have been exhibiting off and on since 1983, mostly in Texas and in Colombia. My work has also been collected internationally. I came to the Hudson Valley three years ago and I am excited to be living in such a vibrant art community.
